Awarded as the Best Female Performer at the Festival de Coreógrafos Graciela 2014, winner of the Premio Nacional de Teatro Ricardo Fernández Guardia in 2017 and recently the Global Women in Music for Human Rights Award from the Fondazione Donne in Musica de Roma.

Dance Professional with an emphasis on choreography. He has training, pedagogical, creative and production experience in contemporary, urban and Afro dance. Director and choreographer of K.I. Tanz. Director of Festival NCNA. Currently, the only urban dance festival in Costa Rica.

MARLA CASTILLO

Bachelor in Plastic Arts from the University of Costa Rica, 1988. Graduate of the Aspiring Program of the Company Danza Universitaria in 1982 and later developed as a dancer at the Compañía Nacional of Costa Rica (1986 - 2000). Currently works as coordinator, instructor, choreographer and producer at the La Cochera Dance School.
KARLTON LACEY
Dancer, Choreographer and Teacher of Contemporary, Afro-Contemporary Dance, Classical Ballet, Physical Conditioning and Folk Dances.
17 years of experience as a dancer, 7 years as a teacher at the Felipe Pérez Artistic College, as well as private and independent spaces for movement education. Move Award for Best Interpreter at the La Semilla Contest, 2018. Honorable Mention in the National Culture Award in the category Best Interpreter, 2014.
MELISSA MONTERO
Dancer and Teacher of Contemporary Dance and Classical Ballet.
Mireya Barboza National Dance Award in the category of best Scenic Interpretation, 2016. Performer-Creator in the Best Choreographic Work, National Dance Award, 2015. Performer-Creator in the work with honorable mention in the National Culture Awards, 2014 .
DANIELA VALVERDE
Choreographer, teacher and costume designer.
Bachelor of Dance, UNA. 7 years as a choreographer, teacher and director of the Monseñor Sanabria Vocational Choreographic Group. 6 years of directing InCuerMente - Agrupacion Experimental de Danza. Founder and teacher of DanzaPoás. In 2017 he completed a specialization in costume design at the LAB Memory of the Performing Arts.
EDUARDO GUERRA
Danza Universitaria
He began his studies in Theater and Dance in Lima, Peru. In 2005 he graduated from the last generation of Aspirantes from the Compañía Danza Universitaria under the direction of Rogelio López. He is currently member of the Compañía Danza Universitaria. He has danced in various choreographic productions and participated in different festivals nationally and internationally.
