In addition to his career as a dancer, he is also dedicated to the art of transformism with his character Marta Drag
O.MONGE
Dancer
He has been characterized by generating artistic proposals affecting the collective conscience, visualizing and promoting Queer themes, through plastic proposals, photography and visual / spatial elements. He developed several years as a folklore dancer, participating in national and international festivals. Currently he develops in the visual arts and in different styles of dance such as contemporary, urban dances and Vogue femme, he is also an active member of the Ballroom culture in Costa Rica, the cradle of Vogue Femme.
YEN NÚÑEZ
Director and producer of El Spot Danza y Arte
Graduated from the National University of Costa Rica, Bachelor in Contemporary Dance 2015. Member of the malaFAMA Dance&Escene group. 14 years of experience in training different types and styles of dance. 10 years of experience as a teacher of different disciplines. She has taught classes nationally and internationally. Potential Audiovisual Producer, and first female Leader of ballroom culture since 2017, mother of the International Kiki House of Brial and organizer of the Horror Kiki Ball, one of the most important Ballroom events in Costa Rica.
MAJO CASCANTE
Dancer
She began her dance training in 2009, experimenting with different styles, focusing on urban dance. In 2013 she began her training at Krump and by 2014 she joined the krump family, Amprage. Currently being a leader of krump in Latin America, active member of the Latin American League of Female Krump. She has represented the country in different Freestyle battles competitions, nationally and internationally in all styles and krump categories. She has taught national and international classes, is the organizer of one of the most important battle events in Costa Rica, Conceptiq Styles. She currently leads her own krump family, 3L’s.
MARIELA ARGÜELLO / KÍO DRAG
Dancer, creator and dance teacher.
Graduated from the National University of Costa Rica and the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance at the University of Limerick, Ireland. During her years of career, she has participated in a variety of works by national and international choreographers and is part of the malaFAMA Danza y Escene group.
Kío Pioneering woman who dabbles in the art of transformism as Bioqueen. Kío is an artistic expression of the mind, ideas and personality of Mariela, and was born as part of the need to express and break with the diversity of prejudices that exist about women in society and as an excuse to empower everything that Mariela is inside.
LEO ONCE
Multidisciplinary dancer / choreographer and circus acrobat
Winner of several national and international awards, he has worked in various shows with dance companies such as Colectivo CLÁ, C.N.T., Anton Lachky and with other circus companies in Mexico.
His dance proposals have always included a plastic and Queer work.
Aerial pole pioneer in Costa Rica and the only one with a school in the GAM, who works with children in a multidisciplinary way in dance, circus, pole and contortion.
Director of Espasmo Rosa, Once Costa Rica and Once kids.
